  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included to facilitate a smooth inspection.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time for our courier partners to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any designated Al Dawaa Pharmacy fashion collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
